TURA, Dec 09: Residents of Lower Rongbu under Kharkutta in North Garo Hills (NGH) have recently met the minister of Public Health Engineering (PHE) after the village was without drinking water for over 4 years. Water supply to the village was disrupted after the devastating September 2014 floods broke the pipeline which is yet to be repaired.
