Rajasthan will have to wait for two extra days for the PM’s visit coz the Barmer refinery foundation stone laying ceremony has been postponed for two days. Prime Minister Narendra Modi now will lay the foundation stone of refinery-cum-petrochemical project at Pachpadara on January 16 instead of 14, a date proposed earlier. Chief minister Vasundhara Raje, who visited the venue to take the stock of preparations on Thursday, informed about new date to the local leaders gathered at Pachpadara. She asked them to organise gathering bigger than Udaipur which Modi visisted in August to dedicate infrastructure projects to nation. It will be Modi’s second visit to Barmer in the last four years. In April 2014, when campaigning for Lok Sabha election, he attened a mass gathering in here.  Coincidentally, he held a rally in Pachpadara which he is again visiting to lay foundation stone.
