Investors meet CM Chouhan 11.1.2020 Central Chronicle
Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was called on by the representatives of 5 Industrial Groups at CM House and gave proposals for investment in the state were given to him. Chouhan met the representatives of Trident Group, M/s Suzlon Energy, M/s Vacmet India Ltd., M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd. and M/s Sunpharma Ltd. Minister for Finance Jayant Malaiya and Chief Secretary B.P. Singh were present on the occasion. Chouhan said that industry friendly policy has been implemented in the state. While deliberating with the investors, he directed to prepare a policy to encourage textile industry in the state. Solar and Wind Energy must be encouraged and action should be taken on issues related to the industries within time limit. During the discussion, Chairman of Trident Group Rajendra Gupta informed that a mega industrial textile hub with the capital investment of Rs. 6250 crore at Budhni will be made by his group, which will facilitate employment to 16 thousand 500 persons. ...
