A doctor was arrested for allegedly sexually harassing a 11-year-old patient at his clinic at Budhana town on Saturday, police said. The incident occurred when the girl had gone to the clinic for her checkup, the police said. Lt Governor Anil Baijal today directed the Delhi Police to expedite investigation in cases of crimes against children, besides appointing pools of specialists for investigating crimes in the national capital. Baijal chaired a meeting which was attended by Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash, Principal Secretary (Home) Manoj Parida, Police Commissioner Amulya Patnaik and other senior officials.
