Patanjali has land both in the SEZ and non-SEZ parts of Mihan. "(Maharashtra) Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has asked Patanjali to further invest in Nagpur after which the group has planned to take up another 40 acres in SEZ. Around 80 per cent of the output will be exported. Stress will be on exporting herbal medicine as there is not much market for herbal cosmetics," Balkrishna told reporters. Air India has finally succeeded in roping-in a private airline to use the maintenance repair overhaul (MRO) facility at the SEZ in Mihan here. An MoU was signed by Air India Engineering Services CEO H R Jagannath and Spicejet vice president Arun Kashyap in the presence of top AI officials on Tuesday. With the signing of the agreement, Spicejet will send its aircraft from the fleet of 42 planes to Nagpur MRO in immediate future, Kashyap told reporters during their visit to the MRO. Kashyap also said Spicejet was in the process of acquiring 100 more aircraft in the days to come. He said the first Spicejet aircraft was expected to roll in for MRO facility within two months. It was already sending its aircraft to GMR, Hyderabad, but now, Spicejet will be using the MRO facility of Air India at Nagpur, he said. No penalty for violation of green norms in last 2 years: Environment Minister tells Rajya Sabha 18.7.2016 DNA: Wide Angle
 The government did not impose any penalty for violation of environment and forest clearances in the last two years, Rajya Sabha was informed on Monday.  "No penalty was imposed by the Ministry for violating conditions of environment, forest, coastal regulation zone clearance in the last two years," Environment Minister Anil Madhav Dave said in a written reply. He was asked whether the government has waived the penalty imposed on certain companies recently. The Environment Ministry had earlier this month termed as "incorrect" claims that Adani Port and SEZ Ltd (APSEZ) was spared a hefty fine of Rs 200 crore for environmental damage during construction of Mundra port and said it had imposed "more serious" responsibility on the firm without any cost limit. "The inference drawn by the news report is not correct. The present government has not cancelled fine of Rs 200 crore. This decision of the ministry is much more stringent than asking for Rs 200 crore from APSEZL...
