Washington: Union Science and Technology Minister Kapil Sibal said India has signed an agreement with the State of Maryland and the Johns Hopkins University, for exchange of data and collaborative projects in nanotechnology and biotechnology, as the state is quite advanced in these two chosen fields of life sciences.
