The CHP began pursuing the driver in West L.A., later enlisting an LAPD helicopter for help. A CHP spokesman says the driver fired shots at officers and was Tasered before being taken into custody.
An 80-minute car chase through Los Angeles County ended with gunfire, beanbag rounds and a Taser gun being used on a driver, who initially shot at officers in Gardena this morning, a CHP official said. |
