The last day of the MCD polls campaign on Friday had the city buzzing with party leaders addressing people in every nook and corner through loudspeakers attached to electric rickshaws, cars, and trucks. Every neighbourhood, streets and public places were strewn with pamphlets and posters of the candidates in the fray. Targeting the BJP, AAP leader and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal called it a party of 'dengue and chikungunya'.
