The Bihar School Education Board will announce the Class 10 results at 16.30 today, it has been reported. Earlier, reports suggested that the results would be announced by 11.30, but the schedule has now been changed. The Bihar Board BSEB will announce the Bihar Matric Result 2018, Bihar Board 10th Result 2018, BSEB Result 2018 on its official website biharboard.ac.in. According to the official website of BSEB Bihar School Examination Board, the Bihar Board 2018 Examinations for class 10 began on February 21 and ended on February 28. After being postponed initially, Bihar Board Class 10th results will be published tomorrow on 26th June. it will come as a relief for nearly 17.6 lakh students who appeared for the exam between February 21 and February 28.  According to reports, the result will be published at 11.30 AM at Board's Committee Hall, and it will be later declared on its official website  biharboard.ac.in ,  biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in . Amboli Police is likely to file a charge sheet in the SSC paper leak case by the end of the month before the Andheri magistrate court. The case had come to light after a few students were found with leaked question papers on their mobile phone at a school in Jogeshwari during the examination. The police investigation has revealed that the mastermind of the racket arranged for the papers for monetary benefits and to achieve 100% result for the students from his coaching class. A teacher from the MVM Swami Muktanand High School in Andheri (W), had caught the students in March. The school, MVM Swami Muktanand High School, was also an SSC examination center. Three students from Gujarat figured in the top 50 successful candidates of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) MBBS entrance exam 2018. Two of the three students are from Ahmedabad while the third is from Surat. Amitabh Chauhan, a student of St Ann's School in Bopal, ranked 5th while Stuti Shah, a student of Kameshwar School in Jodhpur ranked 36th. 'Concession marks helped SSC students score better': Officials 10.6.2018 DNA: Wide Angle
Many students who appeared for the SSC board exam this year will be benefitted with concession marks from art and culture as well as sports. City colleges claim that this will help SSC students to be in the race with other board students for First Year Junior College (FYJC) admission. The cut-off marks in the merit list, however, is likely to go up by few percentage as number of students scoring 90% and above are more than previous years, say officials from city colleges. This year 125 students across the state scored cent per cent marks in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Board examination. Of them, four are from Mumbai. Since a large number of students were getting cent per cent marks after getting marks for participating in art, culture and sports, the state government had issued a government resolution last year and reduced the marks from 25 to 15 this year. A boy from Bengaluru who was not satisfied with an incredible score of 624/625 sent his papers for reevaluation only for them to return with full marks, making him the topper in the Karnataka state board Class X exams. Not happy to share the topper spot, Mohammad Kaif Mulla sent the papers because he wanted to know where he lost that one elusive mark, news18 reported.
