In an effort to bolster profit, Samsung may merge the Galaxy Note and Galaxy S series. This can result in lower production costs and also increase the profit margins.  According to a report by The Bell , Samsung is struggling to adjust its flagship model lineup to defeat profitability deterioration caused by the saturation of the smartphone market. The Galaxy Note and the S Series are almost similar. The only difference between the two is the fact that the Note series offers an S Pen and a few other software features. The discussion that the two products should be unified into a single cost reduction has been raised inside the IM division. The company is also said to have a modest sales goal for the Galaxy Note 9, aiming to ship a total of 12 million units. Samsung's next flagship smartphone, due early in 2019, could be coming in three separate versions in a bid to broaden its appeal, according to TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. According to a report by Business Insider , the Galaxy S10 will be offered in three variants - 5.8-inch screen, 6.1-inch screen and 6.4-inch screen. The two larger models will include an ultrasonic FOD - ‘fingerprint on display,’ which implies that users will be able to scan their finger by placing it simply on the screen. The smallest model will include a fingerprint scanner towards the side of the device. The company will ‘aggressively’ promote this new feature and it is also expected to be used on Samsung's high-end "A series" devices as well. District administration will start holding camps to identify eligible beneficiaries to get benefits of physical aids and assisted-living devices under ‘Naveen Vayoshri Scheme’ from Monday. Having an Aadhar card or identity cards along with income certificates is the condition set to get the devices. Jaipur collector Siddharth Mahajan on Sunday said that administration has charted out camps which will be held from Monday.
