SHILLONG, April 26: Exuding confidence about that chances of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the ensuing 2018 state elections in Meghalaya, the youth wing of the saffron party, the Bharatiya Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) has predicted that the incumbent Chief Minister, Dr. Mukul Sangma will be the last member of the Congress party to occupy this post.
