Thirty semi-finalists have been selected for the "$1 MILLION Forever Saint Paul Challenge," which asked people to submit ideas to improve St. Paul. A panel will now narrow those down to three to five finalists, and then the public will vote to determine which one gets the $1 million for implementation. Workers in Bangladesh rescued a seamstress buried in the rubble of a collapsed garment factory building for 17 days on Friday as the death toll shot past 1,000.
