Sometime ago India and America also signed same type of agreement to use each other military bases, joint defence exercise and exchange of military weapon armaments and related material. The France is already collaborating with India under the Make in India policy and building nuclear submarines at Mazgaon Dock of Indian Navy at the Western Naval Command at Mumbai.
